从应用文文化特征看其使用中存在的问题

应用文事系国计民生,缘事而发,因事立体,依用制文,据意造言。具有严肃性、规范性、效用性、文化性等特征。当前社会上使用应用文存在的问题主要有应用文文种错用、格式错误、内容残缺或多余、表意不明等等问题。应试教育,高校应用文写作教学面临困难,传媒对维护应用文规范、语言规范的责任感不强,应用文写作教材本身存在很多问题,以及网络、外来文化的影响,是造成应用文使用中出现诸多问题的原因。

Analysis about Cultural Features and Wrong Application of Applied Chinese Writing

Serious,formal,effective and cultrual,applied Chinese writing plays an increasingly more important role in all fields of our coun- try,especially with the process of establishing modern society and lifestyle.Unfortunately,there are too many wrong use of almost every kind of applied Chinese writing format,for instance,wrong format,wrong figure of literature,incomplete content,and obscure expression,etc. Not only applied Chinese writing itself but also its application condition,application subject,Chinese teaching in universities and colleges and even public media,are altogether on the edge.The authors of this paper hold that something must be done to redirect the tendency.
