| 摘 要： | 入世以后 ,我国的农业面临严峻的考验与挑战。长期以来 ,我国农业在自身发展与政府政策方面都存在许多问题。基于此 ,我们要加快推进农业的市场化改造 ,实行农业产业化经营 ,政府政策特别是财税政策要向农业倾斜 ,其中农业基础设施建设和农业科技投资则是政府干预的重点
