以江苏教育学院校园绿化建设为着眼点，尝试通过创新管理机制，引入“项目管理”的新理念，降低校园绿化成本和用工风险，改变以往单一的管养不分的管理模式，达到在有限的资源范围内，对校园绿化工作进行有效管理．本文重点对“项目管理”技术在校园绿化维护过程中的应用，诸如管理模式、管理成本、管理质量、管理风险等方面的问题进行探讨．

The Application of Project Management in School Afforestation

With afforestation construction in the campus of Jiangsu Institute of Education, innovative management mechanism, the new concept of Project Management, is introduced to the management process. Project Management is an effective management of the campus afforestation, within the limited resource, by reducing the cost and the risk, and changing the existing management mode mixing the management and maintenance. This paper probes into the application of Project Management in campus affroestation, such as management model, management cost, management quality, and management risk.
