| 摘 要： | 企业社会资本的运作直接影响到企业的绩效,而通过关系网络的建立,企业可以增加其社会资本.运用企业关系网络状态属性和企业社会资本的关系模型,对调查问卷进行分析,发现企业关系网络状态由网络规模、网络异质性、网络位置、关系强度和关系久度五部分构成,且均对企业社会资本获取有显著的正向影响.
