| 摘 要： | 本文从中国文学古今演变的视角,重新考察和阐释唐传奇在中国文学史上的演进与贡献,认为唐传奇融汇以往各种文体的特长并使之辞章化,从而形成一种新的文学体裁而跻身于文章之林,终于使中国小说在中唐走向了自觉;它本身在思想和艺术上所取得的突出成就,与唐诗一起成为唐代文学的标志;它不仅为古代文言短篇小说树立了各种新的范式,而且为中国叙事文学的发展确立了以想象、虚构追求艺术真实的正确方向和原则,在后世曾产生过积极而深远的影响。
