| 摘 要： | 构建云南大交通网络,就是要通过公路、铁路、水运、航空等交通设施的大规模建设,使云南成为全国交通运输最发达的地区,成为沟通中国西南与东南亚、南亚之间的大通道、大枢纽、大门户,成为东南亚、南亚国际交通体系的重要环节。构建云南大交通网络,使云南由偏僻之区变为国际交通中心,既是现实的需要,也是历史对我们的启示。构建云南大交通网络,要实施省际、国际之间铁路、公路、水运、航空各方面一系列重大交通设施建设工程。
