| 摘 要： | 全面建设小康社会 ,给我国高等教育带来了极好的发展机遇。相对高等教育的“国家队”而言 ,地方高等医学院校一般底子比较薄 ,面临着经费不足、人才缺乏等许多发展中的问题和矛盾。地方高等医学院校唯有树立科学的发展观 ,紧紧抓住重要战略机遇期 ,坚持把发展作为办学的第一要务 ,走超常规、跨越式的发展之路 ,才能立足社会 ,在竞争中取胜。
