台湾乡土文学研究的内涵、演进及相关论争

台湾的乡土文学研究,实际上包括两个内涵:一是台湾的现当代文学研究,即所谓“本土文学研究”,另一是台湾古典文学研究。两者在学术内涵和政治取向皆有明显的不同并产生激烈的论争。近年来,台湾乡土文学研究这一传统的学术概念逐渐为“台湾本土文学研究”这一带有政治倾向的术语所取代,致使海外不了解内情者产生诸多误解。本文即针对这种现状,对台湾乡土文学的内涵、若干特征和演进历程作出归纳和寻绎,对演进过程中产生的论争及其趋向也作一些分析和判断。
