| 摘 要： | 参照马尔科姆.波多里奇国家质量奖评价标准,分析和探讨了高速公路企业追求卓越绩效经营管理模式的意义。同时结合我国高速公路建设管理体系,从我国高速公路建设存在不足之处出发,运用技术规范和波多里奇质量奖的核心理念,对我国高速公路建设管理体系提出了相关建议。

| Abstract: | In reference to the evaluation standard of Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award,this paper analyses and discusses the significance for highway organization and enterprise to pursue outstanding-performance management model.In combination with the national highway-construction management system,it puts forward some related suggestions to highway-construction management system from the perspective of the deficiencies in our highway construction,by using technical specifications and the core idea of Baldrige quality prize. |
