企业经营者身心灵的综合评价

以身心灵理论为基础的企业经营者综合素质得到了来自社会越来越多地关注。身心灵是当代企业经营者综合素质的突出表现,身心灵模式作为当代企业人力资源部门在招聘、提升人才时进行综合素质评估的重大创新,已经成为对企业经营者进行综合素质评价的重要方法。论文在构建企业经营者身心灵评价指标体系的基础上,通过对企业经营者身心灵各项评价指标的细致划分,显化企业经营者的身心灵状况。从定量角度出发,运用泛灰白化权聚类法,对企业经营者身心灵进行了综合评价。该综合评价将人的主观因素对评价的影响控制在一个很小的范围之内,可以有效地对企业经营者身心灵进行量化评价。

Overall Evaluation of the Body-mind-spirit of Entrepreneurs

The overall qualities of entrepreneurs based on the theory of body-mind-spirit has been attracting more and more attention from the social circles.The quality of the body-mind-spirit reveals the outstanding performance of the overall qualities of entrepreneurs in contemporary society,and therefore has become an important means of evaluating entrepreneurs,since it is regarded as a major innovation with human resources department in contemporary corporations recruiting and elevating talents.After building the index of entrepreneurs’ body-mind-spirit and classifying various kinds of them,the article means to manifest the condition of entrepreneurs’ body-mind-spirit.It conducts quantitative analyses by the grey whitening weighting cluster and AHP.This comprehensive evaluation can limit the influence of the person’s subjective evaluation to a small range,so as to help better conduct more objective,scientific and effective quantitative evaluations of the entrepreneurs.
