| Abstract: | In 1997 CNNIC issued a findings report of China's internet development conditions for the first time.Since then there has been a sharp rise in the number of people who are online.The network conducts are becoming increasingly varied,of which network contact is the most noticeable.The article holds that the network contact is essentially a kind of network weak tie as a result of individual rational choice.The goal lies in gaining individual social capital. |
