| 摘 要： | 该文采用文献资料法、调查法、比较法等,对国内18所体育院系的《人才培养方案》和国际上教师教育发达国家的课程设置情况进行了深入的调查与研究。研究结果表明:应对目前我国体育院系体育教育专业的课程结构和学时安排作适度的调整,加强体育教师职业化建设,正确处理"学术性和竞技性"与"师范性"的关系,切实提高人才培养质量。

| Abstract: | By methods of investigation, literature consultation, comparison, the plan of cultivating talented people in the 18 physical education colleges and departments in China and the curriculum offered to the teacher education of developed countries were systematically studied.The results show that the curriculum offered ought to be adjusted,the professionalism of the physical education teacher ought to be strengthened. |
