中国进出口食品安全法律问题研究

结合国家质量监督检验检疫总局的统计数据对全球化背景下中国进出口食品安全状况进行了分析，认为中国当前的进出口食品安全现状不容乐观，国际食品贸易的发展使得食品安全问题已经发展成为影响到全人类的共同问题。从国际法的角度，结合中国当前的国情，对如何建立和完善中国的进出口食品安全制度提出以下意见：应以维护国际食品安全为宗旨，以促进国际食品贸易为原则，充分发挥国际组织的积极作用和加强食品安全标准制度建设的国际多边合作。

On the Legal Issues Concerning China's Import and Export Food Safety

The essay deems that food safety matter has become a global problem affecting people all over the world, which is worsened by the increasing international food trade. It is argued that China should establish and improve its import and export food safety system under the current situation. Then it is suggested that China enhance its international communication on food safety and system and aim at protecting global food safety. China should also establish the food safety system according to the principles of promoting international food trade and in favor ofsettling international food safety disputes.
