| 摘 要： | 文章围绕大学生就业教育与和谐校园建设的相互关系．阐述了将就业教育贯穿于大学生教育全过程，注重大学生全面发展的和谐教育理念。提出了政府、高校、社会和大学生自身需共同努力，积极共担责任等举措对于破解大学生就业这一重大民生问题的意义。
