| 摘 要： | 针对当前高校学生思想出现多元性的特点,必须增强思想政治工作的实效性。为此,要坚持创新,在时代感和针对性上下功夫,从育人手段和思政教育的主体等方面入手,改革“两课”教学模式,营造适合学生特点与需要的校园文化环境,加强思政队伍建设,不断探索增强思想政治教育实效性的方法,努力把思想政治教育工作落到实处。
