| 摘 要： | 我国彩票市场刚刚建立,但对相应犯罪行为的刑法规制却付之阙如.各国和地区关于彩票犯罪的规定和实践各具特色,尤其是德国刑法中的彩票犯罪的立法和解释,为我们提供了有益的经验.我国刑法有必要增设相关彩票犯罪,进行刑法规制的整体配置.
