| 摘 要： | 以福州市便利店行业为例,以社区新零售为视,针对存在专业管理人才缺乏、行业门店存量不足、运营成本居高不下以及便利店的营商环境欠佳等问题,提出加快行业人才培养、全渠道发展提高存量、智慧型大数据运营以及改善行业营商环境等措施,为便利店行业健康有序发展提供参考。
