| 摘 要： | 教师是教育工作的主力军。一名合格的教师应当具备渊博的知识，厚重的名望，但教师的灵魂是高尚的品德。这种高尚的品德体现在对学生无私的爱、对学生无尽的责任心。教师应当把对学生的爱和责任落实到具体的实际工作当中，以求达到最佳育人效果。

| Abstract: | Teachers make up the main force of teaching.A qualified teacher should have the makings of a teacher,such as profound knowledge and high prestige.However,the soul of the teacher should be the virtue embodied with a kind of unconditional love and a strong sense of responsibility for the students.Teachers should implement their love and responsibility in the practice of teaching,so as to achieve the best educational effect. |
