| 摘 要： | 科学发展观是党的理论创新的最新成果,是体现科学精神与人文精神相统一的全新发展理念。科学技术作为第一生产力与科学发展观的有机互动,为科学发展观的贯彻落实提供了有力的物质保障和精神支撑,为科学技术的发展规制了正确的价值取向。新形势下,必须优化科学发展观的实现路径,坚定不移地贯彻落实科教兴国战略,为经济社会全面协调发展奠定坚实的科技基础。

| Abstract: | The scientific view of development is the latest achievement of theory innovation of the Communist Party.It is a bran-new developing view which represents the unification of the scientific spirit and humanistic spirit.The interaction between science technology as the first productivity and the scientific development view not only provides strong physical guarantee and mentally support for the carry on of the scientific development view,but also sets the correct criterion for the development of science and technology.In the new situation,in order to establish the firm scientific basis of the harmonious development of economy and society,it is necessary to optimize the implementation approaches of the scientific concept of development and carry on the strategy of nation development by technology and education insistently. |
