| 摘 要： | 独立学院以“民、独、优”的新模式、新机制,在我国高等教育体系中占有了特殊地位,发挥了重要作用。独立学院的学生管理工作,必须从管理理念创新入手,以学生为本,引入柔性管理方式,加强校园文化建设,不断开创学生管理工作的新局面,培养更多适应社会发展需要的合格人才。
