高等学校加强研究生党支部建设的思考

研究生党支部作为中国共产党在研究生中的基层组织，肩负着组织和教育研究生党员的职责，发挥着基层的战斗堡垒作用，是密切联系学校各级组织与广大研究生的桥梁和纽带。通过对国内高等学校研究生党支部建设现状的调查，分析了研究生党支部在组织发展、组织生活、组织职能方面存在的问题，提出坚持党员发展的十六字方针、拓展组织生活的方式和载体、加强研究生党支部自身建设和对研究生党员的教育和管理建议，以期为高等学校研究生党支部建设提供一些参考。
