高师教育目标管理的审思与构想

摘    要:通过厘定高师教育、目标管理、宏观与微观、主体与客体诸范畴 ,阐释数量、质量、结构、效益的结合 ,是高师教育目标管理宏观与微观的统一 ;本文教学科研社会服务的结合是高师教育目标管理主客体的统一。认为应以加强目标管理为主导 ,建立适应市场经济的高师教育目标管理运行机制 ,努力实现宏观控制与微观调节相结合 ,充分发挥主体的主观能动性 ,调动其积极性 ,以适应知识经济社会和素质教育的时代要求。并从操作层面上 ,勾勒了高师教育目标管理的要求、路径和主要问题

Abstract:By defining the concepts of university teachers' education, objective management, macro-scope and micro-scope, subject and object, the paper explains that the combination of quantity, quality and structure is the unity of macroscopic and microscopic objective management of university teachers' education and that the combination of teaching research and social service is the unity of subject and object of objective management of university teachers' education. It thinks that the objective management as the leading factor should be strengthened, the mechanism of university teachers' education objective management suiting market economy should be formed to realize the combination of macroscopic control and microcosmic regulation, to bring the subjective initiative of subject into full play, and to arouse its enthusiasm to suit the needs in the time of knowledge economy society and quality education. It outlines the requirements, ways and main problems of objective management of university teachers' education from the operational aspect.
