| 摘 要： | Trips的产生，在促进知识产权国际保护发展的同时，也被认为对国际人权保障造成了消极影响，其体现主要包括对药品保护的强调和对生物多样性、民间文学艺术等的忽视。Trips协议对人权的消极影响受到国际人权组织的关注而促成了《多哈宣言》等决议的出台，并且敦促Trips协议的修改。

| Abstract: | Trips Agreement,while promoting the development of international intellectual property,is also regarded as a hinder to international human rights protection.Its negative effect is mainly seen in the protection of medicine,variety of biology,and folk literature and art.This negative effect was noticed by international human rights organization and it caused the emergence of “DECLARATION ON THE TRIPS AGREEMENT AND PUBLIC HEALTH” and the revision of Trips Agreement. |
