武汉制造业人力资本利用效率低下的原因

The Causes for the Low Efficiency of Using Personnel Capital in the Manufacturing Industry of Wuhan

Personnel capital plays practical role in the economic increase or development,which is decided not only by the amount of its storage,but also by the efficiency in the practical use.The low efficiency of the personnel resources is the outstanding contradiction and problem in the personnel capital development of our country at present.The paper takes the manufacturing industry of Wuhan as an object,and analyses the critical factors that leads to the low efficiency of using personnel capital: defect of productive right and improperness of the personnel capital investment and the distribution.
