The Military Decision-Making and Commanding System in the Central Government of the Tang Dynasty

Even both the Central and local military commanding systems had been changed greatly from the eally Xingtai (Branth Department of state Affairs), Tiance shangjiangfu (Senior Military office) to the lately Fanzhen Jiedushi (Military Commissioners) and Tianxia Bingma Dayuanshuai Fu (National Commander-in-Chief) there had never been a unified commanding unit or mechanism by the end of Tang Dynasty.
