跨越民主与集中的鸿沟

如何处理民主与集中的关系 ,始终是贯彻民主集中制最核心、最关键的问题 ,也是党的建设理论和实践还没能完全解决好的一个重要课题。随着社会主义市场经济的逐步确立 ,社会主义民主政治的不断发展 ,民主与集中之间面临着经济上、政治上和文化上的鸿沟。要实现民主与集中鸿沟新的跨越 ,必须全面领会和贯彻十六大精神 ,按照“三个代表”重要思想的要求 ,建立以民主为主导的民主与集中相结合的新的体制。
