国民政府与联合国筹建方案的确立

第二次世界大战后期，由于中国人民长期坚持对日作战及其对于反法西斯联盟总体战略的巨大支持，中国国际地位大为提升并获得国际认可，自近代以来首次进入大国行列，在联合国的筹建及其宪章的起草上都发挥了大国的重要作用。国民政府时期联合国筹建方案的最终确立经历了复杂的过程，而这一方案确立后直接指导并影响了中国代表团在之后数次筹备会议上的指导思想和外交策略，并对联合国的成功创建产生了重要而深刻的影响。

Chinese National Government & Establishment of UN's Proposal

After the WW Ⅱ, China had greatly enhanced its international status and acquired recognition of the international society, due to the Chinese people＇s longtime struggle in the AntiJapanese war and its huge support for the total strategy of the Anti-Fascist League. China had become one of the big powers for the first time from the modern times, playing an important role in the foundation of the United Nation and the drafting of its charter. During the period of the National Government＇domination, the final establishment of the Chinese Proposal about the United Nations experienced complicated processes, which straightly directed and impacted the action and diplomacy strategy of the Chinese Delegacy at the preparing conferences, and made much important and deep impaction on the successful foundation of the United Nations.
