农业科技示范园区的投入与运作

随着商品农业、现代农业的到来 ,农业科技示范园区作为现代农业一种新模式、新的探索应运而生。其主要功能是 :引进展示先进农业科学技术并消化吸收 ,完善孵化 ;建立相应的推广体系和应用主体 ;担当产业化经营的“龙头”企业或“核心”企业 ;为政府农业管理和决策提供依据。农业科技示范园区表现明显的企业性质 ,即按现代企业制度要求建设园区 ,按企业化经营管理园区 ,依靠科技办好园区。园区建设投入是多元化。在创建之初 ,政府应是投入主体 ,但最终园区的生存与发展则应依赖自身的造血功能

With the advent of commodity agriculture and modern agriculture, agricultural Sci tech demonstration garden,as a new operation system and new trial,has come into being.Its main functions are:introduce and demonstrate advanced agricultural high tech,and assimilate,improve and incubate it;establish related popularization system and executive bodies;serve as the core enterprise for its industrialization;provide consultative references for governmental administration and policy making in agriculture.The agricultural Sci tech demonstration garden has a typical enterprise feature,that is to set up the garden on the basis of modern enterprise administrative system;operate the garden in accordance with the enterprise operation pattern;govern the garden effectively with the aid of sic tech power;the construction input of the garden is diversified;and at the early stage of the construction,government serves as the main investor,but later on,the development and sustenance of the garden should greatly depend on its own vitality.
