| 摘 要： | 提出了石油未上市企业改革中的关键问题——正确选择主辅分离结构调整改革的路径和方式。具体地分析了石油未上市企业主辅分离的对象选择，探讨了石油未上市企业主辅业务整合的方式选择，研究了辅业退出的方式选择和辅业退出的具体操作形式选择。

| Abstract: | A critical issue in China's reform of the unlisted oil enterprises is raised,namely,the correct selection of the ways and means for the separation and withdrawal of minor business from major business.A specific analysis is made on the selection of the objects for separating minor business from major business in the unlisted oil enterprises.A discussion is made of the selection of the modes of integrating major business with minor business.A study is made on the selection of specific forms for withdrawing minor business. |
