| 摘 要： | 本文探讨了项目活动时间与费用之间的函数关系,在假定活动费用与时间线性相关的条件下,依据矩母函数和梅森公式,推导出互斥型GERT模型的解析算法,并给出了该算法的一个应用实例。

| Abstract: | The function relation between cost and time of project's activities is studied in this paper.Assumed that cost and time of project's activities are linearly correlative,the analytical algorithm of mutex GERT model is concluded on the basis of moment generating function and Mason Formula.An example is given to illuminate how to use the analytical algorithm. |
