高校素质教育的理论与实践

摘    要:本文通过古今中外的教育发展论述了素质教育的内容、任务和突破口.那么如何推进素质教育,培养知识、能力、素质并重的21世纪高级专门人才呢?本文根据21世纪中国高教改革和发展的目标,结合具体实践,指出了在学校教育中素质教育得以实现的主要途径,一是要转变观念,改革人才培养模式,着重培养大学生的创新能力,实践能力和创业精神;二是要建立并完善一个有利于学生身心发展的课程体系;三是要加强校园文化建设,建立良好的校园文化环境和学术氛围.

Abstract:The development of education all over the world,this paper discusses the content,task and break of quality education. Then how to promote the quality education,and how to cultivate high special talented men of 21 century who have both the knowledge and quality.Based on the objection of the reformation and development of Chinese higher education in early 21 century, the paper points out the main way to realize the University quality education together with the specific practice.The first is to change ideas and to reform the formulation of talented men cutivation,to cultivate their ability of creation, practice and initiation. The second is to found and perfect a course system of which call ege students can take advantage.The third is to strengthen the universery culture construction and to found a fine Universery culture circumstance and academic atmosphere.
