| 摘 要： | 本文揭示了古罗马王政时期的平民向公民转化的历史现象。认为这一现象的发生主要与王权同氏族贵族的矛盾有关。国王与氏族贵族的竞争 ,使大量平民免于沦为私人的被保护人 ,这是平民向公民转化的前提条件。塞尔维乌斯改革使公民化得以实现 ,但并未完成这一转化过程

| Abstract: | This essay makes an inquiry into the historical phenomenon of Roman plebs becoming citizens in the regal period. It holds that the phenomenon was a result of the contradictions between the king and the patricians. Their conflicts and competitions helped prevent plebs from turning into private clients, which formed the premise on which plebs became citizens. Serviuss reform brought about the change but did not quite accomplish it. |
