农民政治参与的制约因素

当代中国农民政治参与水平和质量的提高,是实现我国农村基层民主政治发展的关键。近年来,随着村民自治制度在我国农村的普遍推行,我国农民政治参与的广度和深度都有了很大突破,但是,农民政治参与的现状不容乐观。本文在借鉴国内外学者各种政治参与定义的合理成份的基础上,对政治参与的内涵进行了界定,并从几个方面分析了当前影响农民政治参与的主要制约因素,对维护农民政治权利、促进农村政治稳定、加快新农村建设等具有重要的意义。
