| 摘 要： | 随着我国老年人口呈现老龄化趋势,解决老年人养老问题,已经成为构建和谐社会的重大问题。本文论述了广州养老的主要方式为居家养老,并提出了具有广州特色的养老女性护理人才的培养途径和模式,以积极应对广州市老龄化社会的到来。

| Abstract: | With the aging trends of population in China,supporting the old has become a major problem in building a harmonious society.This article discusses the main way of caring old people in Guangzhou is keeping the old at home,and puts forward some methods and modes for training female talents with local characteristics for taking care of old people,so as to cope with the aging problem. |
