| 摘 要： | 为了适应我国加入WTO的新形势,并履行我国入世承诺,国务院颁布了《中华人民共和国反倾销条例》,随后又出台了相关司法解释,近期国务院又对《反倾销条例》做出重大修改。本文将在介绍发达国家的反倾销法律的基础上,对我国现行法律中关于反倾销行政诉讼主体的有关规定进行评价,并提出相关立法建议。

| Abstract: | To meet the needs of our country's entering WTO and fulfilling its commitments made when enter WTO, the State Council passed "the Regulation by the People's Republic of China on anti-dumping". Then some other relevant judicial interpretations were put into practice. Recently some important changes have been made in the regulation by the State Council. In the thesis comparisons are made on the subjects in anti-dumping administrative litigations between the developed countries' laws and our country's laws. Correspondingly, proposals are made regarding the perfection of our anti-dumping legislation in China. |
