可持续发展与西部环境教育若干问题思考

环境教育是素质教育的一个重要方面．它对提而西部各族人民的环境素质至关重要，对促进西部开发、走可持续发展之路有积极意义；环境教育必须既基于当今世界环境教育的先进理论和我国东部的经验与教训，又基于西部各族人民的文化传统、当地自然和人文环境资源、人们生活生产的现实状况及未来走向；既面向未来．又因地制宜；既弘扬良风美俗，又合理地移风易俗，明确目的，细化目标，建立制度体系，如此才能取得实际效果。

Thoughts of Sustainable Development and Environmental Education in West Region

As an important aspect of quality education, environmental education is closely connected with the improvement of people's environment quality in the West region and leaves positive influence upon the sustainable development of the West region. It must be combined with advanced theory of global environmental education, experience and lessons gained in the East China, based on the cultural traditions of the people there, local natural and humane environment, living and production practices. It should aim at future and suit measures to the local conditions as well. The inheriting and changing of the customs are the same important.
