| Abstract: | If civil-enterprises plan to exist and further develop in fierce competition for markets,they must keep new ideas in management.Firstly ideas in operation and management must be changed and secondly they must carry out their new ideas in management around cultivating central ability.Finally substantial results should be paid attention to and new ideas in management must be taken in a down to earth manner. |
