| 摘 要： | 以沈阳市地铁的修建为背景,通过对国内外城市地铁修建对城市发展的影响,分析了地铁建设对房地产的影响因素:地铁沿线房地产价格、城市居民购房标准、城市功能定位等,提出沈阳房地产业迎接地铁建设的对策。

| Abstract: | This article analyses the influential factors of subway construction to real estate circles based on the subway construction in Shenyang.It also analyses the influence of subway construction to the city development of many cities in both China and abroad.Those factors include the price of buildings along the subway,house buying criteria of urban residents,main functions of the city,etc.It also gives some solutions on the subway construction for the real estate industry of Shenyang. |
