一战后英美战债问题评析

战债问题是两战之间英美关系的核心内容。它涉及到国际经济、国际政治等各个方面，也涉及英关不同利益的博弈。英美双方起初通过一定的相互妥协，达成战债协定，为双方的合作打下了基础。但由于美国的经济民族主义政策以及英国实力的削弱最终使战债问题严重恶化了英美关系，刺激了美国孤立主义倾向，而从历史的“长时段”来看，战债问题进一步削弱了英国霸权，并为美国霸权的崛起创造了条件。

RESEARCH ON ANGLO-AMERICAN WAR DEBT PROBLEM

The problem of war debt which was the core of Anglo -American relation in interwar period was complex involving international economics, politics and games of their different interest. At first, the two countries managed to produce war debt agreement to promote further cooperation by somewhat compromise from each other. While American economic nationalism policy and weakness of British economic power made the problem of war debt break badly relation between them and inspire American isolationism at last. From the angle of historical long period, war debt problem further weakened supremacy of Britain and created conditions for rise of American supremacy.
