| 摘 要： | 新形势下高校党的组织建设要体现时代要求，做到“六个立足”。要紧紧围绕党的十七大确定的主线．采取中心带动、分合并济、整体推进的策略，以组织建设为龙头整体推进党的建设新的伟大工程，具体要突出“六个结合”：与思想理论建设结合、与执政能力建设结合、与党内民主建设结合、与干部人事制度改革结合、与先进性建设结合、与反腐倡廉建设结合。
