| 摘 要： | 国防教育在整个高等学校的教育体系中，属于基本素质教育的范畴，不仅具有“增强全民国防观念，提高全民国防意识”的功能，而且对于促进学生整体素质的提高，具有很强的综合育人功能。以学生军事训练为主要内容的学校国防教育，是实施素质教育的重要内容，是全民国防教育的基础。

| Abstract: | National defence education belongs to basic quality education in the whole system of higher education.National defence education not only"strengthen the concept of national defence for all Chinese people,enhance the sense of national defence nationwide",but also promote the college students' quality and has comprehensive educational functions.Military training in school is one of the important contents of quality education and the basis of national defence nationwide. |
