| 摘 要： | 实行金融深化,消除金融压制是我国商业银行制度建设的关键。重庆金融深化改革的任务是:在银行与企业之间建立纯粹的商品经济关系,终止地方政府对银行资产业务的行政干预,为利率市场化创造条件。

| Abstract: | It is key. in constructing our country's commerical bank system, to put into practice deepening financial reform and to elimilate financial suppression. Then the tasks Chongqing should take on. in deepening the financial reform, is to set up pure commodity economy relations between banks and enterprises, to break up local government's administrative interference with bank assets, so as to create favourable conditions for interest marketing. |
