| 摘 要： | 长期以来,由于受少数民族传统文化观念、家庭教育、应试教育、自然环境、教育投入等多重因素的制约,西部少数民族贫困地区女童教育发展十分缓慢。要改变这种局面,就必须要转变观念,完善女童教育的保障体系,深化教育改革,创新女童教育模式,加强对女童教育的理论研究。
