| 摘 要： | 社会主义和谐社会最基本的内涵和要求就是利益协调，人民共建共享经济社会发展成果。我们要在努力发展l产力的基础上，坚持以人为本、公平正义、为绝大多数人谋利益的原则，加强制度、机制创新，加强政策引导，健全法律体系建立调动各阶层人民积极性、主动性、创造性的利益协调机制。

| Abstract: | Socialist harmonious society's most basic intension and requirement are that interests are coordinated,the people build together and share.we want to insist on human-oriented,fair justice,principle of working for the interests of most people on the basis,making great efforts to develop the productivity,strengthen the system,develop innovation,strengthen policy guide,perfect the law,set up the interests coordination of arousing the enthusiasm of people of different levels with creative initiative. |
