| 摘 要： | "政法"是中国现代法律传统中的一个非常重要的维度。"法政"到"政法"的语义变迁是社会制度和结构变迁的结果。政法文化的变迁历经了五个阶段。"政法"的现代性、本体论和方法论维度是理解"政法"范畴的三重维度。

| Abstract: | Politics-Law is a dimension of much importance in Chinese modern legal tradition.As the result of vicissitudes of social system and social structure,a semantic alteration from Law-Politics to Politics-Law is happening in this course.The transition of Politics-Law culture has undergone five phases,in which modernization,ontology and methodology of Politics-Law are the triple key dimensions to comprehend the relevant issues of Politics-Law. |
