| 摘 要： | 农民工养老问题是当前经济、社会发展中必须面对的一个重大问题。为了解决农民工的养老保险权益问题,一些地方政府在因地制宜的基础上,纷纷出台适合农民工的养老保险政策或办法。但迄今为止,中国政府对农民工养老保险一直没有形成统一的政策,学术界在这一问题上也未能达成共识。在对当前针对农民工养老保险的国家相关政策、不同地区政策对比分析的基础上,提出了有针对性的对策建议。
