| 摘 要： | 加强和改进大学生思想政治教育，提高思想政治教育的实效性，是当前教育界面临的主要课题。应从关注学生的主体性、构建主体性教育，加强学生的自我教育和自我管理，加强校园文化建设、优化育人环境等三个方面，来提高大学生思想政治教育的实效性。

| Abstract: | How to improve the actual effectiveness of the college students' ideological and political educalion is the key problem which the present educational field faces with.The article puts forward some measures to improve it,such as paying attention to students'subjectivity and the construction of education upon subjectivity,strengthening self-education and self-administration,strengthening the construction of campus culture and optimizing educational environment. |
