| Abstract: | The pursuit for the moral outlook of feudal human- dignity sense and pe rceptual and individual life of materialism is the human nature of individualism for Xiang Zi, an ordinary citizen, represented by selfishness, indifference and cowardice. Meekness is his negative side of his character and also the reason w hy character tragedy befell on Xiang Zi in social tragedies. |
