环渤海风筝文化开发比较研究

中国是风筝文化的发源地，中国三大特色风筝产地潍坊、天津和北京都集中在环渤海地区，这就使环渤海地区形成了璀璨的风筝传统文化。近年来，三个地区风筝文化的开发方式不同，使得风筝文化、经济、社会生活的结合程度迥异；其在当地经济与社会生活中所起的作用也有很大区别，最终导致风筝文化的发展和繁荣程度出现较大差异。坚持风筝文化为经济与社会生活服务的理念，贯彻保护与开发并举的思想，是繁荣与发展风筝文化的必由之路。

Comparative Research on Development of Kite Culture Around Bohai Area

Kite culture originated from China. There are three regions producing distinctive kites. They are Weifang,Tianjin and Beijing, which are all around Bohai, forming splendid kite culture in this area. Nowadays,since the development paths of kite culture in these three regions are different, the combination of kite culture with economy and social life is also differ- ent. Moreover,kite culture plays a quite different role in local economy and social life in Weifang,Tianjin and Beijing. All of these result in gaps among these three regions in the aspects of development and prosperity of kite culture. It is necessary to stick on the view that kite culture should serve for social life and it should be protected when developing so that kite culture will be orosoerous and develon constantly.
