| 摘 要： | 当前,在中青年教师发展党员过程中,要把握好大局,提高对在中青年教师中发展党员工作的认识;培养过程中要注重统一性与针对性相结合,政治素质与业务素质结合,校内培养与社会实践相结合;要突出重点,保证质量。以此推动高校建立一支政治素质好,业务水平高,实践能力强的优秀中青年教师队伍。

| Abstract: | At present, the overall situation should be handled, and the perception should be enhanced further during the process of recruiting new party members among the young and middle-age teachers; combination of universality and aim, combination of political and professional quality, and combination of school training and social practice, deserve more attention in the training process; the keystone must be emphasized and the quality must be guaranteed. One young and middle-age teacher team with high political quality, professional skill and practice ability can be organized basing above conditions. |
